Flex Membership Scheme

• Play one of Derbyshire’s very best golf courses. A unique mixture of mature parkland and heathland, with excellent greens and playable through all seasons
• Book a tee time 10 days in advance for any day of the week, subject to availability
• Maintain an official World handicap with affiliation to Derbyshire Golf and England Golf
• Play in our weekend or mid-week competitions subject to individual competition rules
• Unlimited use of our practice facilities
• Introduce friends and colleagues at members guest rates – maximum 3 guests per visit
• Full use of Clubhouse facilities and access to members social events
• As a Chevin member you’ll receive a 10% discount on food and beverage bought in the bar & restaurant
• Reciprocal golf at nominated listed golf clubs and county card benefits apply

On purchasing a Chevin Flexi membership we will issue you with your starting points (for 2025/26 you’ll get 320 points)

You book your golf on-line and pay for your rounds in “points”

Depending on the time of day / day of the week – your round will cost between 5 and 23 points

Booking tee times is simple:  login via your BRS Golf app. members account up to 10 days in advance, click on tee time bookings and you will be able to see all available tee times and their points value.

You can buy more points at any time to top up your account  (£2 a point)

• The Annual Flex Membership subscription for 2025/26 season is £640 (320 points)
• In addition to the annual subscription we will collect the affiliation fees for  Derbyshire County Golf and England Golf (for 2025 this is £21.75)
• There will also be a Chevin Golf Club levy payable for the next few years to finance our new irrigation system (£75)

• 2025/26 season: you’ll get 320 points
• Points are deducted from your BRS Golf account as you play throughout the year.
• You can top up your account (via BRS) at any time with a minimum of £10 (5 points) per top up.
• Please note: points can not be be rolled over to the following season.

• Winning trophy or honours board competitions
• Playing in club knockout competitions
• Representing club teams
• Voting rights at the Club’s annual general and special general meetings

• Membership commences on the day of completing both the administration and payment of the subscription and administration fee.
• Failure to pre-pay for your round by using the ClubV1/BRS members app or via the Pro Shop may lead to the withdrawal of your membership rights
• Chevin Flexi members who book to play at a time on a Saturday when the competition is ‘open’ are expected to enter the competition – subject to competition rules
• Chevin Flexi members can apply to upgrade to a full category membership at any time, subject to availability. The upgrade payment will be on a pro rata basis and will take account of money already paid as a Chevin Flexi member
• Cessation of membership will result in the forfeit of all outstanding points.
• The rules of this scheme will be administered by the Management Board and their decision is final.
