Flexi Membership Scheme

• Play one of Derbyshire’s very best golf courses. A unique mixture of mature parkland and heathland, with excellent greens and playable through all seasons
• Book a tee time 10 days in advance for any day of the week, subject to availability
• Maintain an official World handicap with affiliation to Derbyshire Golf and England Golf
• Play in our weekend or mid-week competitions subject to individual competition rules
• Unlimited use of our practice facilities
• Introduce friends and colleagues at members guest rates – maximum 3 guests per visit
• Full use of Clubhouse facilities and access to members social events
• As a Chevin member you’ll receive a 10% discount on food and beverage bought in the bar & restaurant
• Reciprocal golf at nominated listed golf clubs and county card benefits apply

On purchasing a Chevin Flexi membership we will issue you with login details to your online members (Club V1/BRS Golf) account and a guide with how to top up your Flex Account

Booking tee times is simple; just login via your BRS Golf app. members account or via the Pro Shop up to 10 days in advance, click on tee time bookings and you will be able to see all available tee times and their points value.

• The Annual Flex Membership subscription buys you 200 points per annum which is renewed each year  by 31st March. For 2024 this will cost you £470
• In addition to the annual subscription we will collect the affiliation fees for  Derbyshire County Golf and England Golf (for 2024 this is £21 per annum)
• There will also be a Chevin Golf Club levy payable for the next few years to finance our new irrigation system

• Each Chevin Flex membership provides you with 200 points at the start of the season.
• Points are deducted from your BRS Golf account as you play throughout the year.
• You can top up your account (via BRS) at any time with a minimum of £100 (43 points) per top up.
• Please note: A maximum of 50 points can be rolled over to the following season providing your membership is renewed.

• Winning trophy or honours board competitions
• Playing in club knockout competitions
• Representing club teams
• Voting rights at the Club’s annual general and special general meetings

• Membership commences on the day of completing both the administration and payment of the subscription and administration fee.
• Providing the Chevin Flexi membership has been renewed and paid for by the 31st March, a maximum of 50 flexi points can be rolled over to the following year. All other points in excess of the 50 will be forfeited at the end of the subscription year
• Chevin Flexi points can be used to pay for a guests’ green fees – at an extra cost of 1 point more than for the flexi member. Chevin Flexi points cannot be used to pay for a golf buggy
• Chevin Flexi members who book to play at a time on a Saturday when the competition is ‘open’ are expected to enter the competition – subject to competition rules
• You must report into the Pro Shop prior to playing
• Failure to pre-pay for your round by using the ClubV1/BRS members app or via the Pro Shop may lead to the withdrawal of your membership rights
• Chevin Flexi members can apply to upgrade to a full category membership at any time, subject to availability. The upgrade payment will be on a pro rata basis and will take account of money already paid as a Chevin Flexi member
• Cessation of membership will result in the forfeit of all outstanding points.
• The rules of this scheme will be administered by the Management Board and their decision is final.
