Chevin hosted British Heart Foundation Regional Golf Championship

and what a wonderful day it was! The sun shone down on 36 young golfers who as well as playing for a place in the final, raised over £3,000 for the BHF. We even had a Hole-in-One on the 4th hole (pictured winning prize).

Money raised from this event goes to the British Heart Foundation to:

Promote life saving equipment to communities
Provide BHF Heart Nurses to care for and support patients and their families
Provide vital heart health information to both health professionals and the public
Fund pioneering research into the causes, prevention and diagnosis

The Championship is open to all juniors (under the age of 18).

Winners of the Championship will go forward to play in the final, which will be held at Close House near Newcastle.
